SEAWORLD PARKS - A FULL SLATE OF FESTIVE FUN

(2020 - Winter/Spring Issue)

Writer: KEVIN FRITZ

SeaWorld Orlando and Busch Gardens Tampa Bay welcome you to ring in 2020 with a full slate of fun festivals and toe-tapping concerts for the entire family.

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay’s longest running concert series is back with live music and new entertainment in the Stanleyville Theater now through March 15 on select dates. Revel in the excitement of first-rate tribute acts, acrobatic performances and chart-topping artists from the greatest musical eras. While concerts are included with daily ticketed admission, you may purchase Priority Seating to get a great seat without waiting in line.

Tampa’s favourite spring festival returns February 29 through April 26, with each weekend offering a world of cuisine and libations at the sixth annual Food & Wine Festival. This year features new and exciting dishes, plus a large selection of wines, craft brews and cocktails. Want to groove? Some of the biggest acts in musical entertainment will take the stage every weekend on Festival Field. All concerts are included with daily ticketed admission to the park; food and beverages are available for an extra fee.

Over at SeaWorld Orlando, guests can tempt their taste buds at the ever-popular Seven Seas Food Festival every Friday, Saturday and Sunday now through May 3. Combine your discovery of globally-inspired flavours and local craft beers with live performances from top country, rock and Latin music artists.

SeaWorld Orlando also invites guests to an Inside Look on the weekends of May 9–17. This one-of-a-kind event allows park guests to learn about the inspiring day-to-day care SeaWorld’s animal experts provide, as well as the life-saving operations of the SeaWorld Rescue Team.

Coming This Spring

Attention thrill seekers! This year, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay will debut Iron Gwazi as North America’s tallest hybrid coaster and the fastest and steepest hybrid coaster in the world. At nearby Adventure Island, test your bravery on Solar Vortex, which will be America’s first dual-tailspin water slide. SeaWorld Orlando will introduce Ice Breaker in the spring, featuring the steepest beyond vertical drop in Florida. And at Aquatica Orlando, Riptide Race will open in 2020 as Florida’s first-ever duelling waterslide.

True to the company’s Park to Planet mission, these new attractions partner with conservation organizations, connecting guests to real-world efforts to protect and conserve species worldwide. SeaWorldCares.com
